Leighanne Costello

Leighanne Costello currently serves as Chief Operating Officer and Head of Operations and Partner Experience at Hatch Bank, beginning in August 2021. Prior to this role, Leighanne was actively involved with The POWER of Professional Women from November 2017 to April 2022, where responsibilities included leadership positions such as Corporate and Individual Investor Committee Chair, Co-Chair of the Emerging Leaders Committee, and Programming Committee Member. Leighanne's extensive experience in the banking sector includes roles such as Vice President of Customer Experience and Assistant Vice President of Customer Care Manager at Firstrust Bank from November 2007 to February 2022, as well as positions at Integrated Financial Group and Cenlar FSB. Educational qualifications include an Executive MBA from Villanova University and leadership training from prestigious institutions such as the ABA Stonier Graduate School of Banking and the Pennsylvania Banker’s Association Advanced School of Banking.
