Bethany Posner

Bethany Posner is an accomplished Project Manager at Hatch Early Learning since November 2021, and the CEO/Founder of SchoolUs, an initiative that empowers parents and caregivers to become expert educators through engaging hands-on activities. With a robust background in education and content development, Bethany has served as a Content and Product Consultant for Teaching Strategies, LLC, and managed product strategies at Houghton Mifflin Harcourt. Prior experience includes multiple teaching roles in kindergarten across various educational institutions, where Bethany implemented innovative teaching methods and conducted assessments to foster academic growth. Bethany holds a Master of Arts in Elementary Education from Loyola Marymount University, a California Clear Teaching Credential from UC San Diego, and a Bachelor's Degree in Retail Management from Syracuse University.
