James Poirier

James Poirier has extensive experience in the water and wastewater management sector, having served as the East Water/Wastewater Division Manager at Hatch Mott MacDonald from January 1979 until retirement in April 2019. In this role, James was responsible for overseeing operations in the northeastern United States, including key offices in Philadelphia, Baltimore, and Washington D.C. Prior to this position, James held the title of Executive Vice President at Mott MacDonald from 2005 until April 2019. James earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the New Jersey Institute of Technology between 1972 and 1977.
