Gordon Hicks

Gordon Hicks is an experienced professional with a background in quality management and internal auditing. Currently serving as the Corporate Lead Internal Auditor at Hatch Stamping and Assembly since April 2013, Gordon oversees internal audits related to IATF 16949, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 across all company facilities, and has authored several key policy documents including the Quality Management Manual and Environmental Manual. Prior to this role, Gordon held various positions at Chem-Trend from January 1994 to January 2013, including SPC Coordinator Lean Champion Six-Sigma Black Belt, where responsibilities included value stream mapping, product specification reviews, and leading Lean/Six Sigma projects. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on Quality Management from Cleary University, an Associate's degree in General Studies from Lansing Community College, and a high school diploma from Howell High School.
