Tommy Neal

Tommy Neal is an experienced maintenance management professional with a solid background in engineering and assembly maintenance. Currently serving as the Maintenance Manager at Hatch Stamping Company since November 2019, Tommy previously held the same title at ARC Automotive from April 2016 to November 2019. Early in Tommy's career, roles included Process Engineer at Metalsa between January 2014 and April 2016, and various leadership positions at Bowling Green Metalforming from October 2006 to August 2013, including Department Leader and Assistant Department Leader in Assembly Maintenance, as well as Production Leader. Tommy holds a diploma in Automated Systems from Bowling Green Technical College/KATI, earned between 1999 and 2001.
