Grace vonRabenstein has a diverse work experience, starting in 2010 as an Art Specialist and Head Counselor at Orange Parks and Recreation. In 2011, they became the Head Eco-Rep at Champlain College. In 2013, they worked as a Communications Intern at Vermont Natural Resource Council. In 2014, they interned as a Fair Trade Store Operations Intern at The Peace & Justice Center, and also worked at Crius Energy, LLC as a Sustainability Intern and later as a Sustainability Coordinator. In 2016, they became the Marketing & Communications Manager at Viridian International Management. Currently, Grace works as a Senior Account Manager at Hatch130, where they are responsible for maintaining client relationships, managing projects, coordinating resources, and aligning creative solutions with client objectives. Grace also manages the Hatch Initiative, a philanthropic program that supports small businesses with reduced-cost marketing and communications services.

Grace vonRabenstein attended Champlain College from 2010 to 2014. During their time there, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree with a major in Environmental Policy and a minor in Global Studies.
