Bella Masters

Bella Masters is a seasoned professional in digital solutions and performance management, currently serving as a Digital Solutions Specialist at Hatched since July 2021, following roles as Performance Manager and Performance Executive. Prior experience includes working as a Client Executive and Digital Analyst at iProspect from January 2020 to July 2021, as well as a Personal Assistant at Pekada between February 2018 and January 2020. Bella also gained valuable experience as a Human Resources and Marketing Student Intern at L'Oréal from November 2018 to February 2019. Educational background includes a Bachelor of Marketing and a Bachelor of Business with a focus on Marketing and Management from Monash University, completed in 2019, and earlier studies at Peninsula Grammar with VCE credentials.
