Karla K. Cortes is a seasoned logistics and procurement professional with extensive experience in various roles within the logistics and customer service sectors. Currently serving as a Logistics Specialist at Hatcheri Foods since February 2023, Karla manages customer purchase orders and oversees freight scheduling to ensure timely deliveries. Previously, Karla held the position of Customer Logistics Manager at 4th & Heart for a brief period and returned to Hatcheri Foods in 2021 as a Logistics Specialist. Karla’s decade-long tenure at Heath Ceramics included roles such as Procurement Specialist, Warehouse Logistics Supervisor, Customer Service Specialist, and Assistant Showroom Manager, where responsibilities ranged from inventory management and e-commerce logistics to customer order processing and showroom operations. Karla is a graduate of Pinole Valley High School.
