Alex Gonzalez

Alex Gonzalez has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. In 2012, they started their career at Bank of America as an Analyst II, where they provided user access management administration and supported daily operational aspects of home loans and legacy asset servicing. Alex also worked as a project manager assistant for regional projects. In 2014, Alex joined Experian as a Business Analyst, where they assisted in the development of marketing strategies and conducted quality analysis on programs. Alex later transitioned to a Software Developer II and Scrum Master role, where they facilitated Scrum ceremonies, managed cross-team dependencies, and developed and implemented software programs. In 2020, they moved to Hewlett Packard Enterprise as a Business Operations Manager, before joining HatchWorks in 2022 as a Technical Product Owner.

Alex Gonzalez attended Universidad Americana (CR) from 2019 to 2023, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Computer Software Engineering. In November 2021, they obtained the Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Fundamentals certification. Additionally, Alex has a 6Sigma Yellow Belt Certification, although the institution and specific date of obtaining this certification are unknown.
