John Scanlon

John Scanlon has over 30 years of work experience. John began their career as a Restaurant Manager at Marcus Hotels & Resorts in 1980, where they developed strong people skills. In 1990, they joined Hatco Corporation as the Director of Engineering, where they were responsible for various departments and budgets, as well as staff development and problem-solving.

John Scanlon completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Manufacturing Engineering Technology at the Milwaukee School of Engineering. John then went on to pursue a Master of Engineering degree in Engineering at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, which they obtained in 2002. Additionally, in March 2001, they obtained a certification in CFSP from the North American Association of Food Equipment Manufacturers (NAFEM).
