Kimber Simos Sphr

Kimber Simos, SPHR, SHRM-SCP has extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Kimber started their career at Hatco Corporation in 1994 as a Human Resource & Benefits Coordinator and later held the position of Employee Benefits Manager from 2000 to 2007. In 2008, they were promoted to Director of Human Resources, a role they held until December 2016. Kimber then became the Vice President of Human Resources at Hatco Corporation. In addition to their work at Hatco Corporation, they also served as a Board Member at Layton Boulevard West Neighbors, Inc. starting from January 2015.

Kimber Simos, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, has a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management, with a focus on General Business, obtained from Cardinal Stritch University in 2014. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, with a concentration in Human Resources, from the same institution in 2001. Alongside their formal education, Simos has also obtained several certifications in the field of Human Resources. In 2008, they became a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) through the Human Resource Certification Institute, HRCI. In 2011, they attained the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) designation from the same institute. Most recently, Simos obtained the Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) in 2018.
