Kimber Simos, SPHR, SHRM-SCP has extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Kimber started their career at Hatco Corporation in 1994 as a Human Resource & Benefits Coordinator and later held the position of Employee Benefits Manager from 2000 to 2007. In 2008, they were promoted to Director of Human Resources, a role they held until December 2016. Kimber then became the Vice President of Human Resources at Hatco Corporation. In addition to their work at Hatco Corporation, they also served as a Board Member at Layton Boulevard West Neighbors, Inc. starting from January 2015.

Kimber Simos, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, has a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management, with a focus on General Business, obtained from Cardinal Stritch University in 2014.
