Lauren Gibson

Lauren Gibson is an accomplished finance and operations professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as the Chief Finance and Operations Officer at Hathaway Brown School since December 2021, Lauren previously held the position of Chief Financial Officer at Gibson Machinery LLC from December 2016 to December 2021. Additional experience includes serving as Controller at CardinalCommerce and Manager in Assurance Services at EY, where Lauren also contributed to Financial Accounting Advisory Services and performed auditing duties. Prior roles include Associate positions at Newman & Company, CPAs, and Apple Growth Partners. Lauren Gibson holds a BS in Accounting from The University of Akron and is an alumnus of Hathaway Brown.
