Kseniya Simpson

Kseniya Simpson, PhD, is a seasoned professional in the biotechnology and venture capital sectors, currently serving as a Principal at Hatteras Venture Partners since January 2019. In addition to primary responsibilities at Hatteras, Kseniya is actively involved as a Board Observer for multiple organizations, including Ten63 Therapeutics, Aer Therapeutics, Code Biotherapeutics, and Trefoil Therapeutics, among others. Kseniya holds a prominent position on the Board of Directors for the North Carolina Biosciences Organization (NCBIO). Previous experience includes roles as a Strategy Consultant at Triangle Insights Group and a Postdoctoral Fellow at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill under Dr. Joseph DeSimone. Kseniya obtained a PhD in Cellular and Molecular Physiology from Yale School of Medicine and dual BS degrees in Chemistry and Biological Chemistry from the University of Chicago, graduating Cum Laude.
