Lauren Pierce Flickinger

Lauren Pierce Flickinger is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in venture capital and investment banking. Currently serving as Principal at Hatteras Venture Partners and Fund Manager at Pisgah Fund since June 2021, Lauren previously held the position of Vice President at Morgan Stanley from August 2015 to May 2021, where a track record in investment banking was established. Earlier experience includes serving as Principal at DHInfrastructure, managing energy and water sector projects in collaboration with various international and governmental organizations. Lauren holds an M.B.A. from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School and a B.A. in Political Science and Government from Smith College, along with education at Universidad San Francisco de Quito.
