Jessica Cathey

Jessica Cathey, MBA, SHRM-CP began their work experience in 2012 as a Counselor II at the Mississippi Department of Rehabilitation Services. Jessica worked in this role until August 2014. In August 2014, they joined the Hattiesburg Convention Commission as a Human Resource Specialist. Jessica was promoted to Human Resources Manager in September 2017 and then to Human Resources Director in February 2021.

Jessica Cathey, MBA, SHRM-CP, obtained a Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising from The University of Southern Mississippi in 2007. Jessica later completed a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management from the same institution, graduating in 2009.
