Suresh Emmanuel

Suresh Emmanuel is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in information security and risk management, currently serving as the Chief Information Security Officer at Hatton National Bank PLC since July 2020. Suresh has held various significant roles across multiple organizations, including Assistant Vice President of Information Security at Nations Trust Bank PLC, and has contributed to security leadership and governance at LOLC and SriLankan Airlines. With a strong foundation in IT security analysis from PwC and audit experience from SJMS Associates, Suresh has developed a comprehensive expertise in cyber security strategy, governance, risk and compliance frameworks, and incident response. Suresh holds multiple degrees, including a Master's in Cyber Security from the University of Gloucestershire and an MBA in Entrepreneurship, further complementing a substantial technical and managerial background in the field.
