Suci Wulansari is a seasoned professional in telecommunications engineering with extensive experience in network performance optimization and engineering roles. Currently serving as a Senior SNOC Engineer at HAUD since July 2023, Suci Wulansari oversees 24/7 monitoring for Managed Service SMS Firewall and addresses customer complaints. Previously, Suci held positions as a Performance Engineer at PT Empore Hezer Tama, Sr OSS Engineer at PT Global One Solusindo, and Leader Business Analyst CEM at PT Jawdat Teknologi Indonesia, showcasing a strong ability in project reporting, database management, and team leadership. Early career experience includes roles at HUAWEI TECH INVESTMENT as a Product Configuration Engineer and at PT Computer Automasi Digital Solusindo, specializing in network performance and root cause analysis.
