Nora Schatten

Nora Schatten is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in training and consulting, currently serving as the Trainer Relation Managerin for Recruiting und Coaching at Haufe Akademie since September 2017. In this role, Nora is responsible for recruiting and staffing freelance trainers across various continuing education topics, overseeing the entire candidate journey, briefing new trainers, and contributing to the development of competency management and an expansive pool of over 2,000 experts. Prior to this, Nora held positions as Senior Berater Inhouse Training and Consultant at Haufe Akademie Inhouse Training und Consulting GmbH, focusing on marketing, sales, and international business. Other notable experiences include roles in product management, political education, and customer advisory, complemented by a strong academic background featuring master’s degrees from Université Lumière Lyon 2 and The University of Freiburg, and a bachelor’s degree from Heidelberg University.
