Ryan Attard

Ryan Attard currently serves as the Director of Events, Memberships and Sponsorships at Haugland Group LLC since July 2024. Previously, Ryan held various significant positions at Suffolk County, including Deputy County Executive, Chief of Staff, and Assistant to the Commissioner of the Department of Health Services from May 2020 to January 2024. Prior to that, Ryan worked at the State of New York Metropolitan Transportation Authority as the Manager of Government and Community Affairs for the Long Island Railroad from October 2017 to May 2020. Additional experience includes serving as the University Director of Alumni Relations and Annual Fund at Long Island University (December 2013 - July 2017), Deputy Commissioner of Housing and Human Services and Citizen Advocate/Constituent Services Coordinator for the Town of Brookhaven (January 2010 - April 2013), and Legislative Aide at Suffolk County (January 2008 - December 2009). Ryan holds a Master of Public Administration degree from John Jay College (CUNY) and a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from LIU Post.
