Kari Sygnestveit has extensive experience in the field of clinical nutrition, having served as Ernæringskoordinator in the FOU-avdelingen and Klinisk ernæringsfysiolog in the Avdeling for klinisk ernæring at Helse Bergen since December 2007. Previous roles include Klinisk ernæringsfysiolog at Rehabiliteringssenteret Nord-Norges Kurbad, and significant advisory positions at Helsedirektoratet and Ullevål Universitetssykehus. Kari began a career in clinical nutrition at Rikshospitalet in January 2000. Academically, Kari holds a Master's degree in Klinisk ernæring from the University of Oslo and a Grunnfag in Idrett from Western Norway University of Applied Sciences.
