Stephen Oliver has extensive experience in project advisory, execution, and management across the resources, construction, and infrastructure sectors. Currently serving as Principal - Projects at Haul since January 2022, Stephen focuses on mine development studies and performance improvement. Prior roles include Project Development Lead - Future Energy at Synergy, Operations Manager at Hawthorn Civil & Mining Services, and Production Superintendent at Alcoa, where a significant productivity transformation program was implemented. Stephen's career highlights include leading large teams, managing multimillion-dollar capital programs, and delivering complex projects for clients such as the Department of Parks & Wildlife and Rio Tinto. Stephen holds a Bachelor of Engineering and a Master of Business Administration from The University of Western Australia.
