Alvin Ea has a diverse work experience spanning from 2010 to the present. In 2010, they were an intern at Citi, known as Kopiboy. In 2011, they were an Audit Intern at KPMG Singapore, referred to as a Saikang warrior. In 2012, they were in Business Development at HUB Distributors. In 2013, they became the CEO of HUB Logistics Pte Ltd, a traditional container trucking business. In 2015, they co-founded HUB Express Singapore Pte Ltd, an eCommerce business that now focuses on retail and pharmaceutical logistics. In 2017, they became the CEO and Co-Founder of Haulio, a container haulage platform across Southeast Asia with the goal of connecting global trade to local first-mile transportation.

Alvin Ea attended River Valley High School from 2001 to 2004. Alvin then attended Saint Andrew's Junior College from 2005 to 2006, studying Physics, Chemistry, Economics, and Mathematics. From 2009 to 2012, they attended The University of Western Australia, where they earned a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Finance and Accountancy. In 2011, they participated in an Overseas Exchange Programme at WU (Vienna University of Economics and Business), studying Finance and Accounting. Finally, from 2015 to 2016, Alvin Ea attended Shanghai Jiao Tong University's Antai College of Economics & Management - ASEAN CEO Program, where they studied Business Administration and Management, CEO.
