Vanessa Tran is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in education, enablement, and customer support. Currently serving as a GTM Enablement Manager at Haus since November 2025, Vanessa previously held multiple roles at Medallia from October 2012 to August 2025, culminating in the position of Senior Manager, Education & Enablement. Key responsibilities included leading product education delivery strategies, facilitating global product training, and managing internal training initiatives. Prior to Medallia, Vanessa worked as a Technical Account Manager at Coursera and held a technical operations role at Qventus, Inc. Vanessa began the career in customer support at Medallia in various capacities, demonstrating a strong focus on customer satisfaction and training development. Vanessa holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from UC Irvine.
