Elia Burbello

Elia Burbello is an experienced professional in the coffee industry, currently serving as the Research and Development Coordinator at Hausbrandt Trieste 1892 S.p.A. since October 2021, focusing on product development, quality control, and training. Prior to this role, Elia held positions at Badger and Dodo Boutique Coffee Roaster as Head Roaster and Green Coffee Buyer, where responsibilities included creating roast profiles and managing green coffee procurement. Additional experience includes Front of House Manager and Head Barista at Bakestone, Store Manager at O'Conaill Chocolate, and National Training Manager and Store Manager at Costa Coffee. Elia graduated from Treviso Hospitality School in 2005.
