Jamie D. has extensive work experience in the insurance industry. They started their career in 2007 as a Claims Representative at Liberty Mutual Insurance, where they handled a case load of over 150 General Liability and Auto Liability claims. In 2009, they became a Claims Case Manager, specializing in commercial accounts and litigation protocols. They successfully systematized a case load of over 150 claims, mitigating millions of dollars in expenses. In 2011, Jamie was promoted to Senior Claims Case Manager, overseeing a team of 6 case managers and streamlining a case load of over 120 claims in litigation. They also collaborated with the team manager to develop plans for each team member and executed changes to improve efficiency. In 2013, Jamie transitioned to the role of Casualty Claims Team Manager, leading a team of 7 claims representatives and ensuring compliance with Lean and continuous improvement standards. They also handled performance management, training, and development of employees. From 2016 to 2021, Jamie served as a Senior Business Operations Analyst, independently developing a dashboard and report-out for capturing employee engagement. Their work led to positive changes in areas such as change management, metrics, processes, and vendor improvements. In 2021, Jamie joined Hausch and Company as the Director of Operations.

Jamie D. has a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Purdue University. They also have a Master's Degree in Organizational Leadership Psychology from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology.
