Mike Hinkley

Mike Hinkley has extensive experience in operations and management, currently holding the position of Operations and Reliability Manager and Corporate Operations Manager at Hausner Hard Chrome Inc since April 2010. Responsibilities include planning and coordinating operations across locations in Kentucky and Chicago, with a focus on enhancing performance, productivity, and profitability. Hinkley has previously served as Plant Manager and Production Superintendent, overseeing manufacturing processes, enforcing safety policies, managing logistics, and developing training programs for staff. Earlier in their career, Hinkley was the Owner President of Pit Stop Auto Sales, where responsibilities encompassed oversight of multiple dealership departments to ensure profitability. Hinkley is also an alumnus of Owensboro Community and Technical College.
