Sam Tews

Sam Tews has over 12 years of experience in the field of Human Resources. Their most recent position was as the Director of Human Resources at Hausmann Group, where they lead a team of 130+ associates and contributed to the agency's growth and industry leadership. Prior to that, Sam worked at ERDMAN as a Director of Human Resources, Human Resources Manager, and Human Resources Generalist. They also gained experience at CASTO and Daktronics in various Human Resources roles.

Sam Tews has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Sociology: Human Resource from South Dakota State University. Prior to attending university, Sam attended Fulda High School. In terms of additional certifications, Sam holds the following: SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) from SHRM, Adult and Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED from the American Red Cross, Mental Health First Aid from the National Council for Mental Wellbeing, Hogan Assessment & Feedback Certification from Hogan Assessment Systems, PHR from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI, and SHRM-CP from SHRM. These certifications were obtained in various years ranging from 2015 to 2023.
