Erskin McDougle

Erskin McDougle currently serves as the Corporate Director of Human Resources Information Systems at McLaren Health Care since October 2018. Prior experience includes the role of Director of Human Resources Technology and Records at Detroit Medical Center from August 2016 to October 2018, and various positions at Henry Ford Health System, including HR Technology and HRIS Supervisor from 2004 to 2016. McDougle has also worked as a consultant at ELMM Group and Dimension Systems, and held roles such as Product Design Consultant at Deloitte & Touche Tax Technologies and Accountant at both Morgan Stanley Dean Witter and Amerisure Insurance. McDougle earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Business/Management from Western Michigan University, graduating in 1996.
