Arnaud Gallais is an experienced professional in child welfare and social policies, currently serving as a member of the Haut Conseil à l'Egalité entre les femmes et les hommes since June 2025 and as president of Corse stratégie santé sexuelle (c3s) since February 2025. As a co-founder and president of Mouv'Enfants, established in October 2023, Arnaud advocates for survivors of childhood violence. Previously, Arnaud held the position of President du Groupe d’Appui National Enfance Famille at the Fédération des acteurs de la solidarité from October 2021 to May 2025 and was the general director of the Fondation Olga Spitzer from May 2021 to July 2023, overseeing numerous establishments that support minors. Arnaud also has expertise as the general director of Enfant Présent from September 2017 to May 2021 and as a director at SOS Villages d'Enfants from July 2014 to September 2017. Arnaud's academic background includes master's degrees in public health and social policies from EHESS and ethnology from Université Paris Nanterre, along with a license in sociology and anthropology from Université Paris 8.
