Dominik Legault, MA, G.Dipl. SR and S, currently serves as a Regional Ambassador Council Member at Women Get On Board Inc. since August 2024 and as Principal and ESG Lead at Odgers Canada since July 2020. With previous roles at Odgers including Engagement Manager and Senior Consultant, Dominik has significant experience in leadership advisory services. Earlier work includes a position as Program Officer for the Genocide Prevention Program at George Mason University and various roles in donor relations and monitoring and evaluation. Dominik's educational background includes a Graduate Diploma in Social Responsibility & Sustainability from the University of Toronto, a Master's Degree in Human Rights and Genocide Studies from Kingston University, and additional studies in cultural diplomacy and international relations. The academic journey also includes a Bachelor's Degree in International Development and Globalization from the University of Ottawa.
