Judith Fernandez

Judith Fernandez has extensive experience in health technology assessment and pharmaceuticals, currently serving as Deputy Director of the HTA department at Haute Autorité de Santé since February 2015, overseeing international activities and the coordination units for real-world evidence and health economics. Previous roles include Head of the RWE coordination unit and Project Manager, evaluating clinical data and presenting findings to the French Transparency Committee. Judith has also chaired a committee at the European Health Parliament, held various internships at notable institutions such as University Hospitals of Leicester NHS Trust and the University of Edinburgh, and has a strong academic background with multiple degrees in pharmacoepidemiology, pharmaceutical sciences, and public health from esteemed French universities.
