Elise Paya

Elise Paya is a legal professional with extensive experience in the field of public financial law. Currently serving as Responsable juridique at Edifim Groupe Promotion Immobilière since November 2019, Elise has also held significant roles at Haute-Savoie HABITAT since 2007, including Responsable pôle juridique and Responsable service marches. Prior experience includes a position as Juriste marchés at Haute Autorité de Santé from 2006 to 2007. Elise holds a Master 2 (M2) degree in Droit public financier from the University of Montpellier.
