Adva Kirsh

Adva Kirsh is a seasoned executive with a diverse background in media and strategy. Currently serving as CEO at Havas Blink since October 2012, Adva has previously held positions as Deputy CEO and Head of Strategy, with an earlier role as Account Supervisor. Adva is also a member of Ximus since 2022 and served as a columnist for TheMarker from 2014 to 2016. From May 2009 to October 2012, Adva was the Head of Social Media and the Online News Desk at Channel 12 News Israel, contributing significantly to audience engagement and digital content strategies. Adva holds an M.A. in Public Policy from Tel Aviv University and a B.A. in Interactive Communication from Reichman University, complemented by participation in Havas NextGen from 2019 to 2022.
