Shay Young

Shay Young is an accomplished professional in data and technology, currently serving as the Head of Data & Technology at Havas CX since 2009. Prior to this role, Shay worked at Havas Discovery from October 1999 to December 2008 as a Senior Database Analyst and Database Analyst, where responsibilities included leading database analysis for Bermuda's Department of Tourism and managing ETL processes for call center and web inquiry data.
