Romain Sfadj

Romain Sfadj currently serves as the Head of Digital Growth at Havas Edge, a position held since September 2025. Prior to this, Romain was the Paid Social Director at Jellyfish from November 2021 to September 2025, where responsibilities included overseeing the Social Media Paid strategy for over ten clients and developing media investments. Romain has also held leadership roles at Socialyse Paris, serving as Team Leader Social Media for Carrefour, and as a Social Media Strategist at Publicis Media, managing major accounts like Bouygues Telecom and Lenovo. Earlier experience includes positions as a Social Media Trader at Socialyse and various marketing roles at TEVAH SYSTEMES and Optical Finance. Romain holds two marketing degrees from Pôle Paris Alternance and ISEFAC Bachelor.
