Cécile Merckling

Cécile Merckling has a comprehensive work experience in event management and project coordination. Cécile started their career as a Project Manager Assistant at GL events | Package Linking Talents in 2011. Cécile then worked at Like Event as a Project Manager for a short period in 2013. From 2013 to 2018, they joined HOPSCOTCH Groupe as a Project Manager, where they successfully organized and coordinated various professional events for clients such as Nissan, BPCE, Microsoft, and Sony. Their responsibilities included managing suppliers, clients, and internal teams, as well as creating proposals, scenography, and budgets. In 2018, they became a Project Director at Magic Garden, where they continued to excel in project management until 2021. Cécile then further enhanced their skills by becoming a Speaker at EFAP - MBA in Communications & Strategic Marketing, where they contributed to the academic program from 2020 to 2021. Most recently, they joined Takoma as a Project Manager in 2021 before moving to their current role as an Account Manager at Havas Events Paris in September 2022.

Cécile Merckling completed their education at various institutions. In 2009, they attended Audencia where they pursued a Master's degree in Gestion de projets et Communication, which they successfully completed in 2013. During their time at Audencia, they also participated in a partnership with Ecole Du Louvre, Paris, where they studied Art History & Museology through a collaboration program. In 2012, they had the opportunity to study at the University of Cincinnati, College Conservatory of Music, where they obtained a MA/MBA in Arts Administration, focusing on Cultural project management and Communication. Later in 2017, they attended Abilways Digital and received a Certification in Global PR, digital - event - public relations.
