Zach Geist

Zach Geist has extensive experience in the field of user experience (UX) design and graphic design. Zach began their career in 2008 as a Senior Graphic Designer at East West Connection, where they worked with pharmaceutical, healthcare, and non-profit clients to create high-quality print and digital collateral. Zach also managed event registration websites and supervised the development process. In 2014, Zach became the Graphic Design Manager at East West Connection, where they led a team of designers and freelancers and served as the main design contact for clients. At Concentric Health Experience, Zach held various roles from 2014 to 2020, including Digital Studio Artist, UX Strategist, Senior UX Designer, and Lead UX Designer. In these positions, they contributed to the strategic planning and execution of user-centered design projects. Currently, Zach is working at Havas Life New York as the SVP Director of UX, a role they have held since 2023. Prior to this, they were the VP Director of User Experience and VP of User Experience at the same company. Zach Geist holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Graphic Design from Fairleigh Dickinson University (2004-2008). Zach also completed a UX Design program at General Assembly in 2015. Currently, they are pursuing a degree in UX Management from Nielsen Norman Group, expected to be completed in 2023. Zach Geist has obtained the UX Certification with Specialty recognition in UX Management from Nielsen Norman Group in 2023.
