Freddie Lewis has a diverse work experience across various industries and roles. Freddie started their career in 2012 as a Flight Doctor at Charles Taylor Assistance and worked there until 2020. In 2013, they briefly worked as a Senior Consultant at EY before transitioning to the healthcare sector. Freddie had roles as a Intensive Care Registrar at Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust and as a CT1 Doctor at Central and North West London NHS Foundation Trust. In 2015, they joined West London NHS Trust as a CT2 Doctor and later became a CT3 Doctor in Psychiatry.
In 2016, they worked as a Darzi Fellow at the NHS Leadership Academy and in 2017, they worked at both the Department of Health and Social Care as a Senior Strategy Advisor and at West London NHS Trust as a CT3 Doctor. Freddie Lewis completed their education with a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (BMBS) degree from the University of Exeter, which they attended from 2003 to 2008. Following this, they pursued a Master's degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from Imperial College London, where they studied from 2012 to 2013. In 2016 to 2017, Freddie attended London South Bank University and obtained a Postgraduate Certificate in Leadership in Health (Darzi). Prior to their university education, Freddie attended Sherborne School from 1998 to 2003.
