Teresa Soos

Teresa Soos is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in change management, training, and marketing communications. Currently serving as Associate Director of Marketing Communications at Havas Media Network, Teresa previously worked as a Change Management Consultant at NYC DOE, where responsibilities included developing comprehensive change and communication plans, consulting on learning interventions, and leading cross-functional teams to enhance organizational performance. Additional experience includes a role as Training & Change Manager at CC Consulting and previous positions focusing on training and development at JWLP, and program management at Children's Aid. Teresa holds a Master of Education from Wagner College and a Bachelor of Arts in Cinematography and Film/Video Production from Mount Saint Mary College.
