Tessa Kavanaugh

Tessa Kavanaugh is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in performance investments and social media strategy. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Performance Investments at Havas Media Group since February 2018, Tessa oversees investment strategy and activation for various digital channels. Previously, Tessa held multiple roles at Macy's, including Director of Social Media, where responsibilities included managing social media publishing, paid media, and customer engagement strategies. Tessa's earlier career involved management roles in marketing and media buying across several companies, including HandsOn Broward and Macy's. Tessa holds a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communications from the University of South Florida and a Master’s in Business Administration from Florida International University.
