Karl Altenburger

Karl Altenburger has held various roles in communication strategy and media planning throughout their career. Starting in 2007 as a Broker at ICAP, they later moved on to roles such as Media Planner at Initiative, Strategist at PHD, and Senior Integrated Media Manager at Young & Rubicam. Most recently, they served as the Director of Communications Planning at dentsu X before becoming the VP of Communications Strategy at Havas Media Group in 2023.

Karl Altenburger attended The Ohio State University from 2002 to 2006 and earned a Bachelor's of Arts & Sciences degree in Communications. Karl also pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies at the same university.
