Peter Mears

Peter Mears is a seasoned executive in the media and marketing industry, currently serving as Chairman of Havas North America Village and Global Chief Executive Officer of Havas Media Network since April 2017. Mears has a robust background in leadership roles, having previously held positions as Global Chief Operating Officer and President at Initiative from April 2013 to April 2017, and as CEO of IPG Mediabrands Canada from September 2012 to June 2013. Additionally, Mears has extensive experience with PHD Media, where roles included Director of Global Accounts and Managing Partner, as well as previous positions at UM and PHD Worldwide. Mears began the career as a Media Planner, demonstrating a strong foundation in media strategy and operations.
