Julianne Muszynski holds a B.S. degree in Professional and Technical Communication, which they obtained from the Rochester Institute of Technology between 2000 and 2005. In 2010, they pursued an MBA degree in Marketing at the University of Pittsburgh Katz Graduate School of Business, completing their studies in 2013. In addition to their formal education, Julianne has obtained certifications in Google Analytics (obtained in June 2015), Hootsuite (obtained in March 2015), and Inbound Marketing (obtained in March 2015) from respective institutions.
