Louis Melendez is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in coaching, customer service management, and sales. As the Founder of Have Better Conversations since April 2021, Louis has successfully coached numerous clients, including executives and celebrities, to enhance their communication skills for personal and professional advancement. As a Co-Founder of FreeFlo, Louis facilitates creative experiences in a recording studio, allowing teams to produce original rap tracks. Previously, Louis served as Customer Service Manager at Charitybuzz, where management of a team and negotiation of high-risk revenue escalations were key responsibilities. Louis also excelled in client development, achieving significant sales and fundraising milestones. During tenure at Yelp, Louis held multiple roles, culminating as Hiring Manager and Sales Manager, and developed a strong track record in recruiting and revenue generation. Louis holds a B.A. in Political Science from Reed College, complementing a diverse educational background from Trinity School, NYC, and the University of Sussex.
