Jenny Spoor

Jenny Spoor's work experience includes holding the position of Director of Operations at Havebury Housing Partnership since October 2020. In this role, they are responsible for overseeing all customer-facing services and serves as the vice-chair of the National Housing Federation's Housing Management and Customer Experience Group.

Prior to their current role, Jenny worked at Optivo as the Director of Housing Services from November 2019 to October 2020. Here, they were in charge of various housing services, including lettings, income, ASB, digital and financial inclusion, supported housing, and co-ops. Jenny was also involved in the G15 covid response and review panel.

Jenny previously worked at GreenSquare, where they held several roles including Assistant Director of Housing and Support Services from January 2019 to November 2019, Interim Housing Director from May 2018 to December 2018, and Group Head of Neighbourhoods from September 2011 to May 2018. In the latter role, they managed housing management functions for 12,000 homes and led a team of approximately 80 people.

Jenny'scareer began at The Hyde Group in September 2000, where they held various roles and ultimately served as the Head of Tenancy Services until September 2011.

Jenny Spoor completed their Bachelor of Science in Psychology at The Open University from 2012 to 2017. Prior to that, they pursued a Post Graduate Diploma in Management and Leadership at the University of Leicester from 2006 to 2008.
