Martin Tandy McIps

Martin Tandy MCIPS has extensive work experience in procurement and logistics. Martin is currently the Head of Procurement at Havebury Housing Partnership, a position they have held since August 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Procurement Manager at the same company from August 2020 to August 2021.

Before joining Havebury Housing Partnership, Martin Tandy worked at BRITVIC PLC for over 20 years. Their roles there included Senior Procurement Manager - SRM & Procurement Enabling Technology from June 2016 to May 2020, GB Procurement Manager - Indirects from May 2013 to June 2016, and Group Procurement Category Manager - IT & Professional Services from October 2011 to May 2013. Additionally, they served as a Senior Buyer in IT and Telecomms from April 2009 to October 2011, a Buyer in Professional Services from September 2006 to April 2009, a Logistics Unit Manager from January 2004 to September 2006, a Vending Logistics Unit Manager from January 2001 to January 2004, and an Operations Manager from February 1998 to January 2001.

Throughout their career, Martin Tandy has been responsible for developing and managing procurement enabling technologies, processes, and policies to support business objectives and category strategies. Martin has also provided education, support, and development to procurement teams.

Martin Tandy MCIPS has a Post-Graduate Diploma in Management Studies from Nottingham Business School, Nottingham Trent University, which they obtained from 2000 to 2002. Martin also holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Geography from the University of Worcester. In addition, they have obtained the MCIPS certification from CIPS - The Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply in October 2019 and holds a Certificate of Professional Competence in National Road Haulage Operations (CPC) from OXFORD CAMBRIDGE AND RSA EXAMINATIONS, obtained in 1999.
