Neha Sinha

Neha Sinha is a seasoned professional in Human Resources with extensive experience in strategic HR leadership roles across various industries. Currently serving as the SBU HR Head at Havells India Ltd since July 2023, Neha is responsible for leading the People Agenda for the Sales & Distribution Business Units. Prior to this, Neha was the Head of Talent Acquisition COE at Legrand (India) from December 2022 to June 2023, where key initiatives included employer branding, diversity and inclusion, and process transformations. Neha's significant tenure at Zee Entertainment Enterprises Limited from February 2015 to November 2022 included the position of Director of Human Resources, focusing on strategic HR business partnership and transformation projects across multiple geographies. Previous roles also include HR Business Partner for Mahindra & Mahindra’s Automotive and Farm Division and a summer internship at Tata Steel. Neha holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management from Xavier Institute of Social Service and a Bachelor's degree in English Literature from Patna Women's College.
