Shaiju PK is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations and project management within the packaging and printing industries. Currently serving as Assistant General Manager at Havells India Ltd since April 2021, Shaiju previously held significant roles at SGK, including Senior Manager of Strategic Resource Management and Senior Manager of Client Servicing, where excellent stakeholder relationships were cultivated and operational excellence was achieved through effective resource planning and process improvements. As a Founder Partner at Sparkpro Creatives Pvt. Ltd., Shaiju demonstrated leadership in branding and design while also managing teams and external vendors. With a solid foundation in production management from previous positions at Schawk!, HT Burda Media Ltd, and Thomson Press, Shaiju’s educational background includes an MBA in Operations Management from Welingkar Institute and certifications in Six Sigma and packaging, further enhancing a robust skill set in operations and management.
