Sumer Singh Rajawat

Sumer Singh Rajawat is an experienced professional in industrial engineering and lean manufacturing, currently serving as the Lead Industrial Engineering at Havells India Ltd since September 2023, focusing on the Cable & Wire division. Prior to this role, Sumer worked at UPL from February 2018 to August 2023 as a Business Excellence Specialist and Senior Executive. Earlier experience includes a position as Senior Executive at Apollo Tyres Ltd from August 2012 to January 2018, where expertise in lean manufacturing concepts such as value stream mapping, line balancing, productivity improvement, overall equipment effectiveness (OEE), and layout planning was developed. Sumer holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Production & Industrial Engineering from M.B.M. Engineering College in Jodhpur, completed in 2012.
