Patrick Allen

Patrick Allen is a highly experienced professional in the hospice care sector, currently serving as the Administrator at Haven Hospice since December 2000. In this role, Patrick is responsible for overall leadership, business development, financial performance, and community engagement within the region, as well as managing hospice operations to ensure quality care. Prior positions at Haven include VP of Business Development, where Patrick led growth strategies, Director of Access, overseeing intake and clinical admission teams, and Assistant Administrator, focused on operations in the Gainesville market. Patrick began a career in hospice as a Medical Social Worker, providing support services to patients and families. Previously, Patrick served as Executive Director at HPH Hospice, overseeing daily operations and financials while developing agency performance outcomes. Patrick holds a Master’s degree in Social Work from Texas State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from the University of West Florida.
